What is a flexible LED display?
It uses modules or cabinets designed to follow supported curves or creative forms. The achievable geometry and bend direction are product-specific.
Can a flexible LED screen form any shape?
No. Module dimensions, bend limits, support, cables, heat and service access define buildable shapes. Review drawings before selecting hardware.
How should a curved LED display be tested?
Build a representative section at the target radius and inspect seams, alignment, structure, cables, service access and mapped content.
Does flexible LED require special content?

How do you specify a curved LED screen order?
Our current flexible range is an indoor P2.604/P2.976 cabinet system. Start with a drawing and proposed curve; the product name does not confirm an arbitrary bend radius, an outdoor rating or every possible shape.

Specify the actual geometry
Send a dimensioned section showing arc radius, width, height, seams and bend direction. Ask for a representative assembled section and support proposal at that geometry. Keep straight-cabinet dimensions separate from the approved curved structure.

Compare pixels on the same area
At 500×500mm, the supplied P2.604 cabinet has 192×192 pixels and P2.976 has 168×168. This compares pixel count, not brightness or curve quality. Decide with the actual viewing path, small text and the required mapped canvas.

Include support and service
The order should define support, fastening, cables, processor mapping and component access. Request the radius and assembly configuration in writing before production. If a flat recurring wall is sufficient, compare the rental category rather than paying for a geometry the project does not need.
